Starring Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher, it’s the story of a young man who tries to give his life direction by enlisting in the Coast Guard, and finds himself under the command of an aging rescue guide who lost his entire team in a horrific accident. For the dudes, it has lots of action. For the ladies, it unites heartthrobs past and present. Win-win.

Just when you thought the gory part was over and it was safe to open your eyes, BAM, here comes Saw III. The deranged killer, Jigsaw (played by Tobin Bell), is back for another round of sadistic games with tortured victims (this time around, played by Bahar Soomekh) and a new apprentice (Shawnee Smith). By this point in the Saw series, you probably know if this is your kind of thing or not.

Finally, Crank is the story of an assassin who has to keep his pulse elevated to keep from being killed by a certain poison he’s been injected with.
