I can’t recall ever being really scared by a movie. Arlington Road, although not a horror movie, got to me a bit.

Without question…”Psycho”! I was in the Navy when it came out. I decided, along with 2 of my friends, to go to the movie and sit behind some girls and laugh at them when they screamed. I was so frightened during the movie that I don’t know if they screamed or not! There are at least 1/2 dozen places in the movie where I was scared out of my seat!

The classics like Psycho have a certain awesome-ness because they are classics. For me, its not really ‘scary’ that i can’t watch them – its the gore that makes me shy away from them – thus the ‘Saw’ movies. Can’t watch ’em!

The movie/mini-series “IT” was the scariest for me! Great cast including a young Ron Howard. And to this day I’m still scared of clowns thanks to that movie!

I’ll go to left field for this one. Saw ‘Wizard of Oz’ as a young child – still terrified of those flying monkeys today! Aahh!

Not the scariest but I saw Dr Giggles as a child and it scared me off of scary movies. It’s the only name I can submit now.

The Blair Witch Project. I watched the movie before all the hype came out. I thought it was real! Weeks later, standing in the shower I would get creeped out and have to peek out of the shower curtain. I am HUGE horror movie buff and that was the first movie to scare me that bad!
