TGIF! Every week on “Freebie Friday” we offer our readers an opportunity to win free prizes. This week we’re giving away 5-packs of free Redbox rentals to three lucky winners!
The wizards at Pixar are looking to recapture the box office magic this week with their latest film, Brave. To enter this week’s contest, answer the following question in the comments section below:
What’s your favorite Pixar movie and why?
The studio has turned out some serious classics in its relatively short history. Is your fave one of the Toy Story movies? What about Ratatouille or The Incredibles? Finding Nemo will likely get its share of votes as well. What’s your pick?
On Monday the 25th we will pick three winners at random from the submitted comments. Each winner will receive five free Redbox rentals! Multiple comments will disqualify you, so please respond just once.
Good luck, Insiders!

Finding Nemo!!!
Wall-e was awsome!!
Wall-e was a movie I could relate to.
monster inc. It was my first pixar and I just love the mosters. they are the best.
Monster’s Inc is my favorite too! I watched it on my first date with my husband :)
i’d have to say cars 2 was one of my favorites.
Finding Nemo!
Toy Story
I love Finding Nemo. I quote lines from it all the time.
Monsters inc
Finding Nemo
TOY STORY!!!
Toy Story!
ratoulie was my favorite, it showed the two unlikeliest becoming friends and working together, each brought out the best in each other,
That’s a tough one. I like them all!
I think I would pick “UP”
Toy Story
Cars
The Incredibles
Short Circuit – I mean, Wall-E
Favorite is “FINDING NEMO”. My daughter and I are constantly using lines from that movie; “Awe, you made me ink!”, “You just can’t do that, Nemo!”, or we’ll talk whale to each other! Very inspirational movie, and colorful.
Toy Story – Great story and matching of actor voices with the toy characters!!
A Bug’s Life, because its the first movie that made me think about how complicated a bugs life must be. it was a great movie and everytime i went out side for a while afterwards id just sit out and wacth ants crawl by and make up stories about them lol
Finding Nemo is probably my favorite. It’s very funny without sinking to low brow humor like so many of today’s films. It also has engaging characters and just enough excitement.
Finding Nemo…with the kids the age they are, I probably watched it a dozen times.
Finding Nemo. I love the storyline, the clever/funny script, the characters, and that it’s set in Australia. I LOVE Oz.
Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo is the best Pixar movie ever. It’s great for all ages, and also grabs the audience out of their seats in every aspect. I wanted to know what would happen next until the movie was over! It also included a great sense of humor that kept a smile on my face and I could watch it again and again. Thanks Pixar!
Toy Story. One of the best family movies ever made.
I love all the Toy Story movies but maybe the third one is the best. I love them because they are great and Tom Hanks is the voice of Woody.
I love Up! most because the old man doesn’t give up on their dream after his wife passes away.
How about Monster Inc.?
“Up” because the story is one that we all can relate to.
Toy Story & Up are tied to me. Both are great tug-at-your-heartstrings stories with revolutionary animation for their respective times.
So many are my favorite. But if I had to pick I love Finding Nemo.
up; there isn’t a day that someone doesn’t say “squirrel” to me.
Hard to pick just one, but I would have to say Toy Story. I watched it as a child, and I watched it with my child, who absolutely adores the series. It is a classic.
Wow dont we all just agree on Finding Nemo, it was the best Pixar movie ever!! And like a few others have mentioned my daughter and myself quote it all the time as well and we never get tired of watching the movie either!! Love Love Love Ellen Degeneres as Dory she was so funny!!
Nemo is Captain!
Finding Nemo -great to watch with kids of all ages. Lesson of being grateful for the blessings you already have. Love the turtles too!
I really enjoyed “A Bug’s Life,” because of its uplifting story of perserverance, positivity, and sticking to your goals when others doubt you. Of course, the animation was terrific, too.
