TGIF! Every week on “Freebie Friday” we offer our readers an opportunity to win free prizes. This week we’re giving away 5-packs of free Redbox rentals to three lucky winners!

The wizards at Pixar are looking to recapture the box office magic this week with their latest film, Brave. To enter this week’s contest, answer the following question in the comments section below:

What’s your favorite Pixar movie and why?

The studio has turned out some serious classics in its relatively short history. Is your fave one of the Toy Story movies? What about Ratatouille or The Incredibles? Finding Nemo will likely get its share of votes as well. What’s your pick?

On Monday the 25th we will pick three winners at random from the submitted comments. Each winner will receive five free Redbox rentals! Multiple comments will disqualify you, so please respond just once.

Good luck, Insiders!

Update

Congratulations to our winners: swetladee, Maxine Horrocks, and Master Z! We’ll be in touch shortly about your prizes.

The Incredibles… Because all the characters are great and very intriguing and the action scenes are fast, slick and choreographed superbly. I watch the movie over and over again and always find something new, amazing graphics!! :-)

The Incredibles. Because it’s about the only Pixar movie that isn’t about someone getting lost, meeting a cast of misfits and finding their way home but keeping in touch with all their new friends.

My favorite movie is Toy Story. It was the first movie that introduced me to all of the Pixar movies. My son was 4 years old and he absolutely loved the movie and so did I! I think we watched the movied a million times, not to mention the Toy Story bedroom, every Toy Story toy made, and the wonderful heartwarming characters and the excellent plot (full of action, suspence, and of course laughter and tears). My son is now an adult and we still laugh about the movie. He remembers the movie as if he saw it yesterday and all of the wonderful memories it gave him as a child. We just made a date to have a movie night and watch it again! If anyone reading this has not yet seen Toy Story, it is a must see and a classic! I have seen so many Pixar movies since then, but Toy Story started it all.

I’d have to say Finding Nemo. It brought out the child in me when I was 35. The brilliant colors of the Australian sea. I HATE fish!!! (bad childhood memory) This movie was sensitive and funny and set a tone of a mixed family. Maybe it wasn’t intended that way but that’s the way I interpreted it.

Wall-E: They took so many chances with this one (starting with a mostly silent opening sequence), and they all pay off.

I have to say Toy Story what a great movie. Toys coming to life every kids dream and the story was so cute. The determined little toys. The animation and the marketing for this movie were the best.

How many leading characters can capture your heart so completely without uttering more than two words throughout the entire movie?

This is tough there are so many good movies from pixar. I would say that The Incredibles. Because it is about family having difficulties and how they work together, plus I like super heros.

So everyone pretty much says the same…how does a winner get picked? I stopped entering because it seems pointless. Does anyone actually win…really?

Character was unique and played a big
Role in the kids life. This is my all time

Wall-E for many reasons, the main one: its first half is like a silent film.
